On Monday, November 2, 2015 through Thursday, November 24, 2015 Tom Turkey will return to the Morse School and nest on the bulletin board in the Main Lobby.

Students, families, and friends are invited to read books at home or in school. For each book read, a paper feather can be purchased for $.25 cents from any classroom teacher, Ms. Pennell, or Mrs. Van Stry. Money raised will be donated to a local food pantry, to help purchase all the fixings for Thanksgiving dinners. The paper feathers are attached daily to Tom Turkey, giving him by month’s end a beautiful large tail of feathers.

This is Tom Turkey’s 20th Anniversary of being a school wide project. The goal this year is to read 2,000 books raising $500. Keep the pages turning!
