Harvard Crimson Reading Program & Morse School
Posted on 09/30/2019
We’re thrilled to be a part of the inaugural ‘Harvard Crimson Reading Program’ this Fall! The goal is to inspire students to read and have fun while doing so. The Reading Program encourages students at Morse to complete a reading log that keeps track of books read throughout October. This is a whole school event!

Harvard Student-Athletes will visit classrooms to introduce the program, talk about the importance of actively reading, and read to the kids from some of their favorite childhood books.

Morse students that complete their reading logs will be rewarded with a FREE ticket and recognition at the Harvard vs. Dartmouth football game on Saturday, November 2nd at 1PM. Students will receive their free ticket from their respective teachers at the completion of the program. As part of the ultimate prize, ALL students participating in the Reading Program will be invited onto the field prior to the game for a parade and photo opportunities.
