Dear Morse School Students and Families,
Wow! This is the last newsletter for 2023! Our staff and students have been reflecting on the year and thinking about what made it great. During today's livestream, we shared a "Year in Reflection" montage of our community's favorite moments. Here are some of the highlights:
School Spirit Week
We are so proud of the Morse Student Council for working together to elevate the spirit in our school this week. We have not had a full week of themed days in the past and it was so much fun! The Student Council developed themes for each day and used an equity lens to provide alternatives so the theme was accessible for everyone. It was a special way to end the year forboth staff and students!
Session Three of After School Clubs
Sign your 4th or 5th grader up for an after school club! We are starting the third session of clubs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45-4PM from January 9th through February 8th. We will offer snacks and there will be a late bus available for students who live one mile or more from the Morse. This round we have three options. Please rank your choices on this Google Form and we will do our best to accommodate. Please indicate how your child will go home on the form. Submissions will close on January 5th.
