Message from Samantha Headley: December 19, 2025

Dear Morse School Community,

I can't believe we are at the last newsletter for 2025! We have so much to celebrate and be grateful for with our Morse Community.

Morse Community Live Stream

This morning it was our last weekly school-wide community event for 2025. We highlighted many wonderful moments since September that included, celebrations of learning, field trips, classroom rituals and routines, and special activities like the Morse Marathon and Morse Mosaic Project. We look forward to many more community events in 2026 such as our annual Winter Concert, Gym Night, Literacy & Math Carnival, and the installation of our mosaic at the Friends of Morse Spring Fair. Please plan to join us!

Good-Bye Dave

Many thanks to Dave Kerns, our school custodian, for his dedicated service to the Morse Community. Dave was always willing to put together furniture, help with spills, and support our community events. In 2026, he will embark on a new adventure and we wish him well as he joins the Cambridge Police Department’s Academy.

Morse Monday Afternoon Clubs

Our second session of afternoon clubs for grades 3-5 have been well attended!  Please note that the remaining dates are: January 12th and January 26th. There will not be a Monday Club on December 22nd and students who attend the Morse Monday Clubs should follow their usual dismissal routines.
