Happy Friday! What a beautiful week at Morse. We enjoyed the warm weather at recess and worked hard in class!
CPP Mini Marathon
Our youngest learners participated in our CPP Mini-Marathon. It was a fun-filled time and we would like to thank PE teachers, Mr. F and Mr. B for coordinating with CPP staff to create a wonderful event.
Silly Hat Day
We are wrapping up October with our annual Silly Hat Day. Be creative, be funny, show your imaginative side…wear your SILLY HAT! Please remember, there are NO costumes and NO candy at school on this day.
Live Stream
During this morning's Live Stream, we highlighted Election Day. Fifth grade students read the book "Leo's First Vote" written by Christina Soontornvat and illustrated by Isabel Roxas. In the story, Leo's dad teaches him about the importance of voting as he takes part in his first election since becoming a naturalized citizen. Our 3rd-5th graders will participate in their own voting for classroom representatives for the Morse Student Council. We will share the names of the elected members next Friday!

FINAL Drum Call workshop at the Morse School for this academic year is THIS SATURDAY, October 26th, doors open at 4 PM.
