Message from Samantha Headley: October 17, 2025

Dear Morse School Community,

What an amazing time was had at Morse School this week! Between Picture Day and the K-5 Morse Marathon, there were smiles everywhere.

Morse Marathon

A huge thank you to our PE Team: Phil Fousek, Mae Sefransky, and Ani Bohajian as well as our family & staff volunteers for organizing an unbelievable Morse Marathon. We were so proud of our students for their perseverance, and modeling of the Morse Code. Kids were helping other kids, they set goals and pushed themselves. Thank you to FMS for providing students with medals to honor their contribution to the day. A good time was had by all! On this morning's live stream we watched a highlights reel and we are really looking forward to our CPP Mini-Marathon on Monday!

Doors open at 10:30AM, Dancing for Everyone Starts at 11AM, and Lunch is at 12PM.

Registration is encouraged so that we can plan for food, but it is not required. To register and enter a raffle to win a prize, please click on this linkQuestions? Contact Mia Ferej at [email protected] or call 617.349.9786

Monday Clubs

Our 1st session of after school clubs will run on the following dates: October 20, October 27, November 3, November 10, November 17 from 2:45-4:15PM. We had 80 students interested in clubs. To be equitable, we used an online lottery system to select students' names and then as each name was called, we added them to either their first, second, or third club based on spots available. Families were notified via Parent Square which club their child is invited to attend. We will run clubs again for our second session and will prioritize students who were not able to join us for this round.
