On Friday, October 18th Deborah Lee Rose came to talk about her book
Beauty and the Beak: How Science, Technology, and a 3D-Printed Beak Rescued a Bald Eagle.
Students in grades 3-5 prepared for this visit by reading this book, watching videos about Beauty, as well as learning more about 3D printing. Students were also able to watch our 3D printer print a replica of the beak created to assist Beauty.
